The Experience
True Yoga has a variety of classes to meet all your needs, from Hot Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga to Yin and Restorative, with many styles in between.
We welcome practitioners of all levels and each class creates its own unique experience. It is both our goal and passion to give our students an all encompassing practice and help them find the place “where heart and body connect”.
Classes To Fit Your Schedule
We’ve tailored our class schedule for the convenience of our yoga community. Our classes run throughout the day, 7 days a week.
Whether you want to attend class during the week, on the weekend, after school drop-off, or after work – True Yoga has a class to fit your schedule. Our schedule is continually evolving, so check back often.
Your First Time
We love new students! Be sure to let the instructor know upon your arrival that it is your first time to the studio and we will give you a tour of the facilities including our full-service locker room, heated studio, and merchandise area.
About The Studio
The studio has humidified heat, a great sound system, heated floors, and windows with a view.
Locker rooms have full showers with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
We carry the latest yoga apparel, accessories, and gifts which are available for purchase before and after all classes.
